In Spring 2017, Sarah's Friends was nominated and selected as the organization recipient of the Northwest State Foundation's Making a Difference Award.
Each year, the Northwest State Community College Foundation for their annual Making a Difference Award, selects three recipients to recognize and celebrate those committed to bettering their community. There are three categories for this award: business, individual and organization. Sarah's Friends was chosen as the 2017 organization recipient. We are very excited and proud to accept an award of this prestige and are so humbled to be in the same list as those who have won in prior years. Awards were given at the annual Green Carpet Event held on May 22, 2017.
